Emergency Neurology: Bridging the Gap Between Neurological and Acute Care

Join us on December 6 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the second annual Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care Conference, featuring two tracks, one for veterinarians and the other for veterinary technicians.

Learn from expert speakers on topics like managing seizures in the emergency room, differentiating seizures from syncope, traumatic brain injury, nursing care of the patient with intracranial disease, toxins that cause neurological signs, and more. Earn 7-8 CE credits and advance your knowledge. 

There will also be an optional neurology workshop from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. (2 CE).

All sessions will be held in-person at the UF Small Animal Hospital, located at 2089 SW 16th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32608.

REGISTRATION FEES

  • Veterinarian Track: $150 ($200 after November 14)
  • Veterinary Technician Track: $75 ($100 after November 14)
  • Workshop Fee:
    • Veterinarian: $100 ($150 after November 14)
    • Veterinary Technician: $75 ($150 after November 14)

*Registration is closed. Cancellation Policy: Registration fees will be refunded upon request received by 11/15/25. Refunds will not be made after that date, but substitutions are permitted.
