Consultation Request Schedule and Guidelines

Due to the high volume of scheduled surgeries, consultation requests will be accepted on a limited schedule to ensure we can provide timely and quality care to all patients.

Consultation Request Schedule (ONLY open from 9:00 a.m. ET on the listed date to 9:00 a.m. ET the following day):
– January 27, 2026
– February 25, 2026

Important Requirements and Guidelines:
– Referral Veterinarian ONLY: Consultation requests can only be completed by a referring veterinarian.

– Echocardiogram Requirement: Prior to submitting a consultation request, please ensure that an echocardiogram has been performed by a boarded cardiologist.

– Recommended Pre-Submission Tests: We recommend performing an abdominal ultrasound and full blood work prior to submission to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of your patient’s condition

– To make the submission process smoother, use the attached link as a guide to ensure all necessary details are included — such as owner and clinic information, patient history, bloodwork, echocardiogram results, and other relevant data.
